Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and course access adjustments are handled by Aprari Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling in any course, program, or service offered through our Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to this policy.

2. General Refund Policy

All course fees paid to Aprari Academy are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific course offer or written agreement.

Due to the digital nature of LMS-based educational content, once access is granted to course materials, recordings, or live sessions, refunds are generally not applicable.

3. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Technical failure from our side resulting in complete inaccessibility of the course
  • Course not delivered as promised (subject to internal review)
  • Cancellation of the course by Aprari Academy

All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of the Academy management after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Lack of time to attend the course
  • Failure to complete the course
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
  • Missed live sessions or workshops
  • Partial course consumption or content downloads
  • Account suspension due to policy violations

This clause is strictly enforced to prevent misuse of digital course access.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible), users must:

  1. Send a written request to academy@aprarisolutions.com
  2. Mention full name, registered email, and course name
  3. Provide payment proof and reason for refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment unless stated otherwise in the specific course terms.

Requests received after the eligible window will not be considered.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Payment gateway charges and transaction fees (if any) may be deducted

The Academy is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

7. Course Cancellation by Aprari Academy

Aprari Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course, batch, or live session due to:

  • Low enrollment
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical or operational reasons
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, users may be offered:

  • Full refund, or
  • Transfer to another batch/course, or
  • LMS credit for future programs

8. Subscription and Installment Payments (If Applicable)

If a course is purchased through installment plans or subscription:

  • Failure to pay remaining installments may result in suspension of course access
  • Previously paid installments are non-refundable
  • Access will only be restored after clearing pending dues

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Aprari Academy support first will be treated as a violation of this policy.

The Academy reserves the right to:

  • Suspend LMS access
  • Revoke certificates
  • Permanently block the user account
  • Initiate legal recovery if fraudulent disputes are detected

10. Transfer of Enrollment

Course enrollments are non-transferable. Access is granted to the registered user only and cannot be transferred to another individual.

11. Special Promotional Offers

Courses purchased under:

  • Discounted pricing
  • Limited-time offers
  • Scholarship programs
  • Bundle deals

are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in the offer terms.
