Welcome to Aprari Academy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the learning management system (LMS), courses, website, services, and programs offered by Aprari Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in any course, accessing our LMS, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using our LMS and enrolling in our courses, you confirm that:

You are at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
All information provided during registration is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found providing false information.

3. Nature of Services

Aprari Academy provides online and offline educational services including but not limited to:

Online courses and training programs
Recorded video lectures
Live sessions and workshops
Study materials, assignments, and assessments
Certification programs

Access to course content is granted as per the specific course enrollment terms and duration.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access LMS services, users must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities conducted under your account
Not sharing your account with third parties

The Academy is not liable for unauthorized access caused due to user negligence.

5. Course Enrollment and Access

Course access is granted only after successful payment (if applicable)
Access duration varies based on the course plan
Lifetime access (if mentioned) applies only to the purchased course content and not future updates unless explicitly stated
The Academy reserves the right to modify course structure, content, or delivery format without prior notice

6. Fees, Payments, and Pricing

All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
Payments must be made through approved payment gateways
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Taxes, if applicable, will be charged as per Indian regulations

Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access to LMS content.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in a specific course offer
Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted via email to academy@aprarisolutions.com
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
No refunds will be provided for partially completed courses, downloaded materials, or missed live sessions

The Academy reserves the final decision on refund approvals.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the LMS, including but not limited to:

Videos
Course materials
PDFs and documents
Graphics and branding
Recorded sessions

are the intellectual property of Aprari Academy and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Copying, reproducing, or distributing course content
Recording live sessions without permission
Reselling or sharing course materials
Uploading Academy content on public platforms

Violation may result in legal action and permanent account termination.

9. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Engage in abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior during sessions
Misuse the LMS platform or attempt unauthorized access
Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
Harass instructors, staff, or other learners

The Academy reserves the right to remove users who violate conduct policies without refund.

10. Certification and Course Completion

Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of course requirements
The Academy does not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes
Certificates are for educational purposes and recognition of course completion only

11. Technical Requirements and Platform Availability

Users are responsible for ensuring:

Stable internet connectivity
Compatible devices and browsers
Updated software for accessing LMS

While we strive for uninterrupted access, Aprari Academy does not guarantee that the LMS will be error-free or available at all times due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

12. Limitation of Liability

Aprari Academy shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses
Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
Technical disruptions beyond our control
User misuse of course knowledge or materials

All services are provided on a “best effort” basis for educational purposes.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for:

Course delivery
Communication
Support and administrative purposes

We do not sell user data to third parties. Data handling is performed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

14. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate user access without prior notice
Remove access in case of policy violations
Discontinue courses or services at our discretion

Termination due to misconduct will not qualify for refunds.

15. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our LMS may use third-party platforms (payment gateways, video hosting, communication tools). We are not responsible for disruptions or policies of third-party services.

16. Amendments to Terms

Aprari Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or LMS. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
