Pratibha Chaurasia is a distinguished finance professional and global business leader, currently serving as the Managing Partner of Grassi Advisors India, the Indian arm of Grassi Advisors & Accountants, ranked as the 52nd largest CPA firm in the United States. She is also the visionary Founder of Aprari Solutions, a consulting firm offering strategic advisory services to listed corporations across the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
An accomplished CPA, Chartered Accountant, and PhD, Mrs Chaurasia brings over two decades of rich cross-functional expertise spanning public accounting, financial consulting, and corporate strategy. She has held key leadership roles in prominent multinational organizations including DXC Technology and Max New York Life, where she led initiatives across finance, risk, and compliance.
A proud alumnus of the prestigious Daly College, Mrs Chaurasia combines professional excellence with a passion for nurturing talent. For over 14 years, she has mentored students at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK, helping shape the next generation of business professionals.
Beyond her corporate and academic roles, she is a devoted mother to twin daughters, balancing her professional achievements with deep personal commitment. Her leadership journey continues to inspire professionals and entrepreneurs across global markets.

Amber Chaurasia has had a remarkable career across some of India’s most respected financial institutions, including HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, and Aditya Birla Capital. At each of these organizations, he has played a pivotal role in building sizable and profitable businesses and leading innovative product development initiatives, demonstrating both strategic foresight and executional excellence.
Beyond the financial sector, Mr. Chaurasia has also contributed significantly in the corporate governance landscape. As an Independent Director, he has been instrumental in growth journey of prominent companies based in Madhya Pradesh, such as Texmo Pipes & Products Ltd. and Indo Thai Securities Ltd., where his strategic inputs and financial acumen have added immense value.
With his extensive knowledge and leadership across banking, capital markets, and corporate governance, Mr. Chaurasia continues to be a guiding force for professionals and organizations alike.
